IMTS 2024 Preview: Control powers new machining technology

Milltronics will highlight its INSPIRE+ control at IMTS 2024 in booth 338319. It provides fast and complete simulation for complex parts, includes Industry 4.0 and IoT support, and provides enhanced customer service capabilities that include remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.

The control can be used on machines like 5-axis and live tooling lathes and was designed with an open architecture for future developments.

The control will be on every machine on display, which includes the VM250IL, the company’s first 5-axis mill, the 3-axis VM3020IL mill, the 3-axis VM4020 mill, the VK4II toolroom mill, and the TRL18 toolroom lathe.
