IMTS 2026: Our Commitment to Your Growth

Visit us at Booth #338319

Machine tool builders promoting their presence at IMTS almost always focus on the new products that'll be in their booth. And in the Milltronics booth (#338319), we'll have new machines with new features that will have tangible benefits for our customers. But they won't be our primary focus, and they aren't the main reason you should visit us at the show.

So why should you use some of your limited time at IMTS 2026 to visit the Milltronics booth? Because you want to grow, especially if you're a small-to-mid-size job shop.

Bring part prints or models. Think about where you want to be and the hurdles in your path. Come prepared to discuss the growth you want to achieve, because that's where we're focused.

Milltronics supports the future success of your business in many ways, but three in particular stand out.

1

Milltronics Seamlessly Increases Your Capacity

When you're on a growth trajectory, the last thing you want is to forfeit or lose a bid because you don't have the capacity or capabilities to complete the work. The Milltronics ecosystem covers the full range of machines needed in a modern job shop, from knee mills to advanced 5-axis machines. That means when you need to increase capacity or step up your level of technology, you can easily do so while staying on the platform and controls your operators know.

2

Milltronics Bridges Your Workforce Gap

With INSPIRE+, we offer the most powerful, user-friendly conversational programming control and platform on the market. It empowers your veteran machinists to take on considerably more work. It also provides an easy gateway into a career as a machinist, allowing you to recruit and hire employees based on aptitude and character, even if they're lacking specific knowledge and experience.

3

Milltronics Accelerates Your ROI

Job shops frequently are owned by a single person or a family. With those business models, it's imperative to have investments pay for themselves as quickly as possible. At Milltronics, we don't overengineer our products. A Milltronics machine is reliable, productive, and easy to use. Considering our approachable price point, we punch well above our weight class. We can often help you achieve a positive ROI on a new machine in a fraction of the time it would take to reach that point with a competitor's machine.

Come prepared to discuss the growth you want to achieve, because that's where we're focused.

As to the Machines...

While our focus at the show is squarely on our customers' growth plans, our engineering and applications teams have done a phenomenal job preparing demos that show off how our technology fuels that growth.

Aluminum dolphin demo part machined on the Milltronics VM3018 using MotionBoss

VM3018 Vertical Machining Center

The latest iteration of our best selling, general purpose machines, the VM3018 features a 10,000-rpm belted spindle and our INSPIRE+ control. The machine can be easily tailored to your specific needs via a wide range of options, including a 4th axis, probing capabilities, MotionBoss™, ChipBoss™ and more. To demonstrate how easily the machine can switch between conversational programming and G code, we'll be running two alternating demos: a gear block that shows off the full range of canned cycles available via conversational programming and a dolphin that highlights the incredible surface finishes attainable via MotionBoss.

VM3020IL Vertical Machining Center with Procobot Automation

With a BIG-PLUS® inline spindle, the VM3020IL reduces heat and vibration to boost surface finish, accuracy and tool life. In the booth, this machine will be debuted with new Procobot robotic automation. Incorporating a UR15 robot and ProFeeder Tray System, this system is fully integrated with the machine and can be controlled via conversational programming. If you follow Adam Booth (abom79) on social media, you'll recognize the demo it's running as one of his drill indexes.

Precision-turned steel mandrel part machined on the Milltronics TRL18/60 tool room lathe

TRL18/60 Tool Room Lathe

Two years ago, we unveiled INSPIRE+ for our milling machines. At IMTS 2026, this advanced conversational programming platform is making its way to our turning machines via the TRL 18/60. This flexible lathe provides a perfect gateway from manual to CNC operation. The machine's demo will be showcasing the range of canned turning cycles available through the integration of INSPIRE+.

Aluminum impeller being machined on the Milltronics VM250IL-5X 5-axis vertical machining center

VM250IL-5X 5-axis Vertical Machining Center

Our most advanced machine, the VM250IL-5X simplifies cutting of highly complex shapes. It provides a rotary table with +30°/-110° of rotation in the A axis and a 360° C axis, as well as a 15,000-rpm BIG-PLUS inline spindle. Throughout the show, the VM250IL-5X will be cutting an impeller, demonstrating how this user-friendly machine puts advanced part geometries within your grasp.

Tuesday Only Adam Booth, machinist and creator known as abom79
