Whether you’ve got a machine from the 90’s with a Centurion control or a new machine that’s been damaged on the shop floor, we offer full support of our controls. Note that the time and cost associated with repairing a control can be impacted by its age.

Unknown issues will be diagnosed promptly.

When we receive a control that’s encountering an error, our repair team will review and diagnose the problem within 72 hours, providing you with insight into what’s wrong and what can be done to fix it.

Control upgrades often improve machine performance.

Computing technology often evolves faster than that of the machine tool itself. Because of this, there are frequently very tangible benefits to be obtained by upgrading the processing speed and memory capacity of your control. It’s worth keeping in mind that those returns diminish with older models, as it is possible to upgrade a control beyond what will benefit your machine. We routinely consult with customers on this issue to provide an overview of if their machine is eligible for an upgrade, what upgrade options are available and the level of benefit they could expect from each.

Control upgrades require very little downtime.

When we upgrade your control, we provide a new screen, rack and cables, and program the new control while you’re still using your old one. The changeover itself takes very little time, ensuring you can keep making chips for the maximum amount of time.

Your old control may net you a discount.

Customers frequently trade in their old control when they purchase an upgrade. If your old hardware has usable parts or can be used in one of our training classes, we will offer you credit towards the upgrade.

Take care of your control.

The simple act of ensuring good air flow around your control and regularly wiping it down goes a long way in avoiding future problems. Preventive maintenance and cleaning avoid unexpected problems!
